构建商务日语专业校企联合人才培养模式及教学实践改革——日资企业调研报告

Construction of personnel training mode and the reform of teaching practice of business Japanese specialty——Research Report of Japanese Enterprises

现代企业需要的是复合型应用型人才,这给高校商务日语专业教学提出了更高的要求。本论文通过对日资企业调研数据的分析,总结了本校商务日语专业教学存在的不足。商务日语教学除了重点以日语语言基础知识及相关商务知识为教学内容外,还必须重视对商务日语学生在企业中的实践学习,加强学校与企业的联合培养与实训。

The modern enterprise needs complex applied talents, which put forward higher requirements to the teaching of college of business Japanese specialty. In this paper, through the analysis of the survey data of the Japanese funded enterprises, summarizes the problems in the teaching of business Japanese specialty in our school. Business Japanese teaching in addition to focus on basic knowledge of Japanese language and related business knowledge as the teaching content, we also must pay attention to the practice of business Japanese students in enterprises, strengthen the joint training of school and enterprise and training.
