浅谈气候外交下的中国话语策略

On the strategies of China's power of climate discourses in climate diplomacy

中国是能源性温室气体的最大排放国家,在气候变化问题上的态度和表现将影响中国国家形象。在气候问题上,一部分西方国家握有一定的国际气候话语权,往往非公正地指责包括中国在内的发展中国家,这有损中国的国际形象。本文认为,中国应在气候外交博弈中运用有效的策略,构建气候外交话语权,以改善和提升中国在气候变化问题上的国家形象。

China is the country which emits the biggest quantity of greenhouse gases. The attitude and performance on the issue of climate change will affect China's national image. On the climate issue, a part of Western countries hold the power of international climate discourses and often non-justly accused of developing countries, including China, which is detrimental to China's international image. This paper argues that China should use effective strategies in climate diplomacy game to build power of climate diplomacy discourses to improve and enhance the national image of China on climate change issues.
