目的:针对目前部分护理人员职业道德缺陷,探讨加强护理专业学生职业道德教育和敬业精神的培养的意义和方法。方法:在护理教育过程中,重视情感参与的巨大作用,遵守情感参与原则,强化情感参与手段和途径。结果:在护理教育中渗透职业道德教育对提高护理专业学生学习的主动性、自觉性和良好职业道德的形成具有积极的促进作用。结论:在护理教育中,强化职业道德教育和敬业精神教育事在必行。

Objective: in view of the moral defects of the nursing staff, to strengthen the study of the significance and methods of cultivation of nursing students occupation moral education and professionalism. Methods: in the nursing process, pay attention to great effect of emotional involvement, observe emotional participation principle, strengthen emotional participation means and ways. Results: the penetration of occupation moral education has a positive influence on the improvement of the formation of nursing students' learning initiative, awareness and good occupation moral in nursing education. Conclusion: in nursing education, strengthening occupation moral education and professionalism education have no choice.
