浅谈对艺术类大学生就业观念转变的思考

在大学生就业竞争日趋激烈的现状下,艺术类大学生就业质量低的问题显得尤为突出。本文通过对艺术类大学生就业对口率低、流动性大、企业居多的现状加以研究,进而从就业观念角度进行原因分析,并建议艺术类从拓展综合素质、提高择业能力、鼓励自主创业、拓宽学习空间等角度去转变就业观念。

In the present situation of college students' employment of increasingly fierce competition, the low quality of employment problem of art students is particularly prominent. Through analyzing the current situation of low match rate of art college students' employment, fluidity big, enterprises are discussed, and then analyzes the reason from the angle of employment concept, and suggests that the art from the development of comprehensive quality, improve employment ability, encourage entrepreneurship, and widen the study space angle to change the concept of employment.
