在大学的学科管理和建设中,学科的档案管理占有十分重要的地位,对于推动学校的学科建设具有积极的意义。学科档案中包括高校的人才队伍建设、学术研究情况等资料,这些资料是学科建设的成果,为今后的学科管理提供了有力的依据。但是当前高校中,学校的领导和管理者对学科档案的重视程度不够,出现了许多问题。本文就大学学科档案管理中存在的问题进行分析,探究如何加强大学学科的档案管理工作。

In the discipline management and construction of university, archives management discipline play a very important role, which is of positive significance to promote the school discipline. Discipline files include construction of talents in university, academic research data, these data are academic achievements, provides a strong basis for the discipline management in the future. But in current college leadership and management of the school, they attach not enough importance to the discipline file, there are many problems. This article analyzes the problems in the archives management of university discipline, to explore how to enhance the discipline of university archives management work.
