With the continuous progress of science and technology and social development, the way of medical teaching management has been greatly improved. Management of medical intern teaching process is a systematic, standardized, the complexity of the project, so in the management of teaching easily appears some problems and loopholes. In order to improve the efficiency and level of medical intern teaching management, guarantee the smooth and efficient teaching management. Therefore, using the tree mode in the process of management mode to carry on the management and teaching, give full play to the advantages and functions of tree, to improve the level and quality of medical intern teaching management as a whole, make each management link and process more clear. This paper mainly carries on research and analysis based on the dendrogram of medical interns in the process of teaching management, and discusses the advantages and existing problems, put forward reasonable suggestions according to the defects.
