高职院校英语教学现状成因分析及对策

Analysis the present situation and its causes and countermeasures of English teaching in higher vocational colleges

本文分析了当前高职院校的英语教学现状,发现存在不少问题,如教学模式陈旧;师资力量薄弱;学生学习积极性不高;教学设备投入不足等,在很大程度上影响了英语教学质量。在此基础上提出了一些相应的对策:建立校企合作、工学结合的教学人才培养模式;强化教师素质;提高学生对英语学习的兴趣和改善教学条件等。

This paper analyzes the current situation of English teaching in higher vocational colleges, we found there are many problems, such as the old teaching model; teachers team is weak; students' learning enthusiasm is not high; inadequate teaching equipment investment, to a large extent affects the quality of English teaching. On this basis, the author put forward some countermeasures: to establish the training mode of school enterprise cooperation, combination of engineering teaching talents; strengthen the quality of teachers; to improve the students' interest in learning English and improve teaching conditions.
