高等职业教育是以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向的一个教育体系。高等职业院校中,受学生所存在的学习个体差异影响,不同的学生对知识的学习和需求是不一样的,而这一不同需求就决定了高等职业教育方式的多样性。为了更好的适应社会在电子产业人才上的需求,文章从高等职业教育电子信息工程专业的培养目标和创新研究的必要性出发,对高等职业教育人才培养的模式进行创新性的研究和探讨。
