当前,各高校均存在一定比例的贫困生特殊群体,且比例呈现上升趋势。同时,高校贫困生问题亦日益凸现,做好贫困学生思想、学习、工作、生活等方面的问题是各高校均普遍存在的难题。个别谈话是做好贫困生工作尤其是贫困生教育、引导工作有效且重要的方式,是满足贫困学生健康成长需要的必然选择。有效的个别谈话方式应该基于充分的事前准备、恰当的情感切入、平等的倾听和遵守保密性原则。

An individual conversation is an effective and important way to do a good job of poor students, especially the poor students' education and guiding the work, and a necessary choice to meet the needs of the poor students' healthy growth. An effective way of the individual conversation should be based on the sufficient preparation, appropriate emotion cuts, listening attentively and adherence to the principle of confidentiality.
