摘要
篮球运动员的竞技能力主要以科学的训练为保证,合理的营养膳食做后盾。竞赛中以队员良好的身体素质、合理运用技战术、优秀的心理品质赢取比赛。科学的训练主要强调负荷的适中,训练后的恢复和合理的膳食营养。本文通过研究篮球运动的专项特点与能量代谢,归纳营养物质:糖、蛋白质、脂肪、水、维生素和无机盐在篮球训练或比赛中的作用与补充。设计出适合于篮球运动员营养的合理膳食。
The competitive ability of basketball athletes mainly take scientific training to ensure the reasonable diet. The good physical quality of players, reasonable use of tactics, excellent psychological quality to win the game. Scientific training focuses on moderate load, training and rehabilitation and reasonable nutrition. In this paper, through the special characteristics and energy metabolism of basketball, inductive nutrients: sugar, protein, fat, and the role of water, vitamin and inorganic salt in the basketball training and games. Design a reasonable diet nutrition for basketball players.
