合肥市承接国际服务外包的SWOT分析及对策研究

Analysis and countermeasure research of SWOT of international service outsourcing in Hefei City

合肥市是国家《皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区规划》中"一轴双核两翼"的"双核"之一,承接国际服务外包产业将面临发展契机。本文采用SWOT分析法,分析合肥市在承接服务外包方面具备的优势、劣势和存在的机会、威胁等因素,并在理论和实践上提出有效发展承接服务外包对策:完善法律体系,发挥政策作用,提升承接能力,发挥协会职能。

Hefei city is a national 'Wanjiang City Belt demonstration area planning' in the 'dual core' of the 'one axis two wings', international service outsourcing industry will be faced with the opportunity for development. This paper uses SWOT analysis method, analysis in service outsourcing on Hefei City advantages, disadvantages and the opportunities, threats, and in theory and practice to undertake service outsourcing development put forward effective countermeasures: improve the legal system, policy function, enhance the undertake capability, play the function of association.
