在我国,随着高职院校的不断发展,其毕业生人数在所有普通高校毕业生中占据了一半左右。但是对高职毕业生来说,其在就业时具有较为特殊的方向性,所以针对高职院校毕业生的就业权益法律保护总是做得不到位。本文中,将就高职院校毕业生进行就业保护的现状分析,并针对问题提出了合理的改善建议,旨在为高职院校毕业生提供更好的法律保护,使其能在良好的环境中完成就业。

In our country, with the continuous development of higher vocational colleges, the number of graduates occupy about half in all college graduates. But for higher vocational graduates, it has special direction in employment, so the employment rights legal protection for higher vocational colleges graduates always do not place. In this paper, analyzes the current situation of higher vocational colleges graduates on employment protection, and put forward reasonable suggestions to solve the problem, which aims to provide better legal protection for graduates from higher vocational colleges, which can complete the job in a good environment.
