摘要
随着我国城市经济发展速度的不断加快,城市的空间显得越来越拥挤。土地资源的不断匮乏,城市人口数量的不断增加,在无形中将本就"生意红火"的房地产业炒的更加红火。随着房价的一路飙升,很多城市居民以及外来居民面临着严峻的住房问题。在这一背景下,价格低廉的"小产权房"成为了很多人的"最爱"。尽管其在法律上属于违规建筑物,但是,很多人抱着"法不责众"的侥幸心理,纷纷将资金投放到"小产权房"的购买上。本文从法律的角度,对小产权房进行分析,并重点探索小产权房的法律系统构建。
Along with the speed accelerating of economic growth in our country, urban space appears more and more crowded. Lack of land resources and the increasing of urban population make the real estate industry become more prosperity. With the soaring house prices, many urban residents and foreign residents face the grim problem of housing. In this background, low price 'the small property right' house has become a lot of people 'love'. Despite it legally belong to illegal buildings, but many people hold 'laws don't punish the majority' fluky psychology, pull money into the purchase of the ' small property right' house. From the aspect of law, this paper analyzes the small property right house, and focus on exploring the small property right house legal system building.
