浅谈现代信息技术下高校图书馆管理方式的转变——“人性化管理”的管理理念

近年来,随着国家教育体制的改革,各高校的教学改革也在迅速地进行着,图书馆作为高校教学管理的重要部门之一,必须与学校的改革发展与建设同步,因此,要做好图书馆的管理必须改变图书馆原有的传统的管理方式方法,确立"人性化管理"的新管理理念,并将其应用到图书馆的管理实践中,本文着重阐述了"人性化管理"的图书馆管理理念实质及特点,探讨了"人性化管理"在高校图书馆管理中的具体应用。

In recent years, with the national education system reform, the teaching reform of colleges and universities are rapidly, the library as one of the important department of university teaching management, we must reform and development and the construction of school the same step, therefore, to do a good job in library management must change the traditional management methods, the establishment of 'humanistic management' of the new management concept, and applies it to the practice of management of the library, this paper focuses on the 'humanistic management' library management concept, essence and characteristics, discusses the concrete application of 'humanistic management' in university library management.
