摘要
鉴于对法学实践性的认知,大部分高校都非常重视对学生实践能力的培养,并根据自身条件,建立起法律诊所、模拟审判、专业实习等多种实践教学模式。由于目前的专业实习模式存在着诸多问题,建立起"分阶段全过程"专业实习模式对法学教育目标的实现意义重大。
