在当代,心理健康是评价个体综合素质的重要指标之一,对于中小学学生来说,拥有健康的心理,就必须接受有效的心理健康教育。但在这一过程中,很多问题的出现阻碍了中小学心理健康教育有效性的实现。为了解决这些问题,应该加快落实相关教材体系编写工作;建立恰当的心理健康教育评估体系;提高教师进行心理健康教育的专业化水平;关心教师的成长和心理健康。

At present, the psychological health is one of important indexes to evaluate the overall quality of the individual, for primary and middle school students, we must accept the effective mental health education. But in this process, many problems have hindered the effectiveness of mental health education in primary and middle schools. In order to solve these problems, we should speed up the implementation of the related system of teaching materials compilation work; establish evaluation system of mental health education right; improve teachers' professional level of psychological health education; care the growth of the teacher and mental health.
