本土文化在高职英语教学中渗透

Research on Input of Chinese Culture in Higher Vocational College English Education

语言是文化的具体载体之一,同时也是文化的核心组成部分。语言和文化紧密结合,使得在英语教学和跨文化交际中,文化教育显得尤为重要。然而,英语教学中普遍存在重英语国家文化、轻本土文化的现象。本文结合高职教育的特点和学生需求,阐述本土文化渗透在高职英语教学过程中的必要性,以及对于高职教育本土文化缺失的对策探索。

Language is a significant part of culture. It is urgent to implement culture education during English learning and cross-culture communication. However, the awareness that western culture is more important than Chinese culture in English learning is mistakenly accepted by many English teachers. Based on the feature of Higher Vocational Education and the needs of students, the paper explains the importance of Chinese culture input and offers strategies to deal with the situation of Chinese culture lost during English teaching process.
