近年来冒名顶替上学现象引起社会的广泛关注,学界对该现象的相关研究呈现出不断增多的趋势。但也存在着一些问题,冒名顶替类受教育权定性研究存在争议,冒名顶替法律责任追究依然扑朔迷离,受害者权益得不到相应的保障。
