人力资源管理已经成人们关注的热点问题,对于高职院校来讲,人力资源管理中存在着一定的问题,表现在人力资源管理的观念比较落后、缺乏有效的管理投入、忽视以人为本的激励机制等三个方面。为了使高职院校的人力资源管理得到有效的开发,就需要采取一定的针对性措施,诸如可以从转变落后的管理理念、建立有效的激励机制和做好人力资源的规划等三方面着手。
