摘要
人力资源管理已经成人们关注的热点问题,对于高职院校来讲,人力资源管理中存在着一定的问题,表现在人力资源管理的观念比较落后、缺乏有效的管理投入、忽视以人为本的激励机制等三个方面。为了使高职院校的人力资源管理得到有效的开发,就需要采取一定的针对性措施,诸如可以从转变落后的管理理念、建立有效的激励机制和做好人力资源的规划等三方面着手。
The problem of human resource management has been a hot adult are concerned, in the vocational education, some problems in human resources management, reflected in the concept of human resource management is relatively backward, the lack of an effective incentive mechanism of investment management, ignoring the people in three aspects. In order to make the human resources management of Higher Vocational College's development to be effective,they need to take pertinent measures some, such as start from the transformation of backward management concept, the establishment of an effective incentive mechanism and do a good job in human resources planning in three aspects.
