摘要 行政公文是一种具有规范性以及法律效率性的应用文,随着现代信息技术的快速发展,行政公文也出现信息化的现象,以便提高行政公文发出和接受速度。行政公文的发文机关为了更加规范、鲜明、精准的表达自己的意图,运用特定的修辞手段来增进语言的表述,增强行政公文的表达效果,达到更好地表达其意图的目的。本文首先对行政公文的修辞方法进行了介绍,对行政公文和公文修辞的定义界定了概念,并解释行政公文修辞的价值,以便引起人们对行政公文修辞的重视,从工具性、载体性和沟通性三个方面对行政公文的修辞职能进行了分析对行政公文修辞的研究对象进行探析,力图明确行政公文修辞的原则、风格以及修辞特点等。并介绍了几项行政公文修辞技巧和应该注意的问题。 The administrative document is a kind of specification and application of the legal efficiency, with the rapid development of modern information technology, administrative documents also appeared informatization phenomenon, in order to improve the administrative document send and receive speed. This paper firstly rhetorical methods of administrative documents were introduced in this paper, the definition of administrative official documents and the rhetoric of the concept, and explain the document rhetoric value, so as to cause people to pay more attention to the document rhetoric, the study object of the document rhetoric function of administrative documents from three aspects the tool carrier, and the communication, trying to clear the document Rhetoric Principles, style and rhetoric features. And introduces several administrative document rhetorical skills and should pay attention to the problem.
