摘要
目标管理是新形势下加强高校青年教师师德建设的有效途径,对提高青年教师师德建设水平具有重要的意义,其路径包含以人为本,制定科学合理的青年教师师德建设目标体系;以目标为导向,做好周密的青年教师师德建设的实施计划;完善激励机制,促进青年教师师德建设目标的实现等。
