On special field teacher's development connotation of new-build regular college course universities

摘要 由于大量缺乏师范教育或教师教育训练的人员进入教育行业,导致我国教师专业化程度不高。尤其对新建地方本科院校来说,教师队伍水平参差不齐且整体质量不高的现状,严重影响了教育的健康发展。本文通过对教师专业发展问题深入探讨,从而为地方高校的改革、发展以及教师培养、评价等提供政策参考和理论指导,并为高校教师的个人专业发展提供方向和价值启示。 Because large amount of the personnel entrance being short of initial teacher training or teacher training education are in the career of education, lead to our country teacher professionalization degree is not taller. Especially to the new-built local regular college course universities. Because of the difference teacher horizontal and the no high level of overall mass current situation, which have affected the education's health gravely developments. The passage discussed in depth by the fact of the special field teacher development problem, and universities reformation as well as the teacher cultivates, estimating and so on, which provide the policy reference and theory direction to the place thereby, and the special field development direction and the value enlightenment to universities teacher individual.
