高校班级团支部组织沟通体系优化研究——以四川大学为例

The optimization of group communication system of League branch——Taking Sichuan University as an example

党的中共中央十八大提出了对新时代团组织建设的新要求,加强班级团支部建设已经成为各大高校响应中央精神的共识。本文立足四川大学团组织工作的实际情况,结合笔者自身的工作实践,针对目前高校班级团支部组织沟通的主要问题,提出高校班级团支部组织沟通的优化建议。希望以此为班级团支部组织沟通建设找到有力的理论依据,为广大的高校团组织工作人员提供一定的参考。

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of eighteen put forward the new request to the League organization construction in the new era, strengthening class League branch construction has become a major colleges and universities in response to the spirit of consensus. This paper based on the actual situation of Sichuan University Group organizational work, combined with the author's own work practice, aiming at the main problems of college class League branch of communication, proposes the suggestion on the optimization of the organization of the League branch communication. Hoping to find a strong theoretical basis for organizing the class League branch communication construction, provides the reference for the college group organization staff.
