本科生班级精细化管理模式探索研究——以中国石油大学(北京)创新班为例

Study on fine management mode of undergraduate class——Taking China University of Petroleum(Beijing) innovation class as an example

大学教育模式不断改革创新,全国各高校陆续创建创新班教学模式,中国石油大学(北京)也创建了创新计划实验班。创新班以及类似性质的大学班级针对学习成绩优异的学生重点培养,制定单独的培养方案。这种培养模式很大程度上促进学生的学习、竞赛能力的提升,但与此同时也带来了一定的问题,部分学生对于学习以外的事务不感兴趣,对班级建设工作缺乏关注,对班级的发展不够关心,这给创新班的管理工作带来较大阻碍。

The innovation class and similar university class for learning students focus on outstanding culture, training alone. This kind of training pattern largely promote students' learning, enhance competition ability, but at the same time, it also brings some problems, some of the students to learn outside of the transaction is not interested, lack of attention to the class construction work, the development of class do not care enough, which brings great obstacles to innovation in class management.
