新形势下高校计算机实验室资源应用思路

Application of computer laboratory resources of colleges and universities under the new situation

高等教育已从精英化向大众化转移,随着高校的逐年扩招,各院校的办学规模在不断扩大,然而各项经费预算增幅不大,资金的日渐紧缺成为普遍现象,使得师资和教学设施受到前所未有的挑战,特别是计算机的实验设施的缺失相当严重,人机比失衡在不断加剧,如何合理的管理分配资源,使得现有的资源能尽可能的满足日常教学所需成为管理者迫切解决的难题,本文提出了些许思路供参考。

The higher education from elite to mass, with the expansion of student enrollment in recent years, the school running scale is expanding constantly, but the budget increase is not big, capital shortage has become a common phenomenon, so that teachers and teaching facilities are hitherto unknown challenge, especially the lack of computer experimental facilities is quite serious, man machine ratio imbalance is in the growing, how to reasonably allocate resources management, make the existing resources as far as possible to meet the daily teaching needs has become a problem urgently to be solved in this paper, put forward some ideas for reference.
