构建高校国家助学金“四面体”评定模式

摘要 随着国家助学金投入的不断加大,建立一套公平、公正、公开、高效的助学金评定模式已经成为各高校面临的共同难题。本文结合国家助学金的"济困"和"育人"两大功能,建立了以家庭贫困为基础,将专业素质、综合能力、感恩实践汇聚于"全面发展"目标的国家助学金"四面体"评定模式,该模式以量化评定为手段,以全面育人为准则,使助学金评定过程更加透明、客观,且具有很强的可操作性。 With the state grants the increasing investment, establish a fair, fair, open, efficient and stipend evaluation model has become a common problem facing all colleges and universities. Combined with the national stipend 'poor' and 'educating people' two big functions, established the family as the foundation, the professional quality, comprehensive ability, Thanksgiving practice of gathering 'all-round development' target state grants 'tetrahedral' evaluation model, this model taking quantify assessment as means, taking comprehensive education as the criterion, the scholarship evaluation process more transparent, objective, and has strong operability.
