摘要
师范院校非师范生由于其身份的特殊性,在就业中处于"边缘化"困境。随着教育部直属的六所师范院校向综合性大学转型,如何提高非师范生的就业竞争力、促进这部分人力资源得到有效开发已成为部署师大研究的热点问题。本文从人力资源开发视角出发,在对六所部署师大的就业指导工作进行实地调研和访谈后,运用自我开发、职业生涯开发、组织开发三方面来分析部署师大非师范生的就业指导工作,并提出了师范院校非师范生就业指导工作的改革建议。
Because of its special status of the non normal students in normal colleges and universities, they are in the 'marginalized' difficulties in employment. With the transition of six normal schools to university, how to improve the employment competitiveness of non normal students, promote the human resources effectively has become a hot issue in deployment of university development research. In this paper, from the perspective of human resources development, after the research and interviews on employment guidance in the six deployment of university, use of self development, the occupation career development, organization development three aspects to analyze the employment guidance work of non normal students, and put forward the suggestions for reform of non normal students in normal university.
