论高职音乐教师教学能力的培养及实现途径 被引量:4

摘要 二十一世纪是注重教育的时期,无论是知识、道德品质、个人修养等,现代的学生除了要熟悉课本上的基本知识外,还要学习很多课外兴趣,音乐就是培养自身道德修养的良好课程,而音乐老师就是课程的主导者,音乐老师拥有过硬的专业知识是完成教育任务、进行教育责任的必要方法和手段。针对高职音乐教师教学的能力进行分析,包含了课外指导能力、课堂组织能力、教学知识的思考能力、知识表达能力、知识创新能力、科技掌握能力、对教育负责能力等。这些教学能力在音乐教学上有不同作用,高职音乐教师要不断加强自身的教育手法,结合现代科技突破传统教育手法,把自己造就成"道德高"和"学技高"的教师。 The twenty-first Century, is a period focus on education, whether the knowledge, morality, self-cultivation, modern students in addition to familiar with the basic knowledge of textbooks, also learn many extra-curricular interest, music is to cultivate good moral cultivation of curriculum itself, but the music teacher is curriculum leader, music teacher has professional knowledge excellent is the necessary means completion of education, education responsibility. To analyze the ability of music teachers in higher vocational education, including the extra-curricular guidance ability, organization of classroom teaching ability, thinking ability, knowledge ability to express knowledge, knowledge innovation capability, technology ability, responsible for the ability of education. The teaching ability has different role in music teaching, music teachers should strengthen their education techniques in higher vocational colleges, combined with modern technology to break through the traditional education method, put itself up as the 'moral' and 'high technology' teaching.
