高职校园文化与企业文化融合的探索与实践

Exploration and practice of higher vocational campus culture and the integration of enterprise culture

本文以江西交通职业技术学院为例,总结了学院在办学历程中校园文化建设的成效,分析了校园文化建设中存在的问题,并从管理机制、物质文化、精神文化和行为文化四个层面提出了交通类校企文化融合策略。

In this paper, taking Jiangxi Vocational and Technical College of Communication as an example, summarizes the effectiveness in the course of colleges campus culture construction, analyzes the existing problems in the construction of campus culture, and put forward the traffic class enterprise culture fusion strategy from management mechanism, material culture, spiritual culture and behavior culture four aspects.
