摘要
现在教师培训工作整齐划一的培训周期和阶段划分,尽管有很多优势,但却忽视了处于不同发展阶段教师的个性化需求,难以同教师的成长步伐相一致,缺乏前瞻性和针对性。所以我们的教师培训工作必须根据教师的成长周期来组织和安排培训活动,重新调整和打破原有的培训周期。我们要根据教师专业发展的主要阶段及其素质特点,灵活选择培训内容和培训方式,并充分发挥校本培训在促进教师专业发展中的主导作用,从而切实提高培训效益,实现教师的可持续发展。
Now the teacher training work neatly divided training period and phase of uniform, although there are a lot of advantages, but neglected the individual needs of teachers in different development stage, the teacher's growth pace, lack of prospective and pertinence. So our teacher training must organize and arrange training activities according to the teacher's growth cycle, re adjustment and break the original training cycle. We should according to the main stages of teacher professional development and its quality characteristics, flexible selection of training content and training methods, and give full play to the leading role of school-based training promote teacher professional development, so as to improve the training efficiency, realize the sustainable development of teachers.
