大学产权是现代大学制度的重要内容,其有效界定对大学教育资源的配置、人力资本的激励和大学运行的效率有着重要影响。我国大学产权存在产权不明晰、忽视人力资本产权等问题,需要每一个大学利益相关者对现有大学产权制度进行思考。

The university property is an important content of modern university system, have important influence to the definition of efficiency of the university educational resources allocation of human capital, incentive and university running. Our university has no clear property rights, property rights of human capital property rights, need every university stakeholders on the existing university property right system.
