浅谈管理学在家庭教育中的应用

家庭教育在人的一生中起着举足轻重的作用。父母采用什么样的教育理念和教育方法来教育孩子,将直接或间接地影响孩子未来的成长道路。家长教育孩子与企业管理员工,在理念和方法上都有其共通的特性,因此,我们可以在家庭教育中运用管理学知识来解决教育问题或教育困境,提高家长的教育技能,更新家长的教育理念。本文分别从计划、沟通和激励三个方面,探讨在家庭教育中应用管理学知识的教育思路和方法。

The family education play a decisive role in one's life. The parental education idea and what methods to educate their children, will directly or indirectly affect the child's future growth path. Parents to educate their children and employees, the idea and the method has its common characteristics, therefore, we can in the family education in the use of management knowledge to solve the education problem or dilemma, improve parents' education and skills, update the parent education idea. This paper respectively from the planning, communication and incentive of the three aspects of education, ideas and methods of application of management in family education knowledge.
