思想政治理论课教学方式改革探究——基于对应用型人才培养目标的分析

应用型人才应遵循"基础牢、知识宽、强应用、重创新"原则,从理论知识和实践训练两个方面进行培养。思想政治理论课在培养具有综合素质的应用型人才中发挥着重要作用。思想政治理论课的教学方式主要有课堂理论教学和社会实践教学两种,各自的优点、缺点都很明显,片面强调某种教学方式都不能达到培养应用型人才的目标。所以,实现思想政治理论课的理论教学和实践教学有机结合就成为培养应用型人才综合素质的必然要求。

The applied talents should follow the principle of 'solid foundation, wide knowledge, strong application, innovation', to culture from two aspects of theoretical knowledge and practical training. The ideological and political theory course play an important role in training applied talents with comprehensive quality. Ideological and political theory course teaching mode has mainly classroom theory teaching and social practice teaching two kinds, the advantages and disadvantages are obvious, one-sided emphasis on some teaching methods can not achieve the goal of cultivating applied talents. Therefore, the organic combination of theory teaching and practice teaching of ideological and political theory course has become the necessity for training applied talents of comprehensive qualities.
