This paper studies the status and the existing problems of school enterprise cooperation and pastry training, elaborates the importance of school enterprise cooperation in personnel training. Research on the mode of school enterprise cooperation personnel training, explore the adaptation training mode of professional talents. To think and discuss to train professional pastry talents through school enterprise cooperation, and put forward effective implementation method.
