摘要
改革开放以来的德育政策经历了探索与孕育、颁布与实施、深化与发展三个阶段。德育政策发展历程证明德育一直处于教育的核心位置,与思想政治的关系密不可分,实施途径主要是通过课堂手段。展望"十八大"后的德育,需要更加重视德育的地位,将德育与思想政治做到合理划界,确立德育的学科地位,促进德育教育的新一轮发展。
