当今就业市场中,贫困女大学生的就业率是最低的,远远低于大学生的平均就业水平。贫困女大学生在就业中面临多重困境,在这些困境中,有家庭、社会、高校和她们自身等层面的原因,本文也将从这些层面试图找到一些解决贫困女大学生就业困境的对策。

In today's job market, employment rate of poor female college students is the lowest, far below the average level of employment. Poor female college students facing multiple difficulties in employment, under these circumstances, there are reasons of family, society, universities and their own level, this paper will try to find some countermeasure to solve poor female college students' employment plight.
