浅谈新疆高校少数民族大学生就业问题——以伊犁师范学院为例

大学生就业是民生之本,解决其就业问题,关系到大学生的切身利益,关系到社会的和谐发展,更关系到新疆地区的民族团结稳定,需要政府、企业、高校、大学生和全社会的共同努力。本文从新疆高校少数民族大学生就业中存在的几个方面的问题出发,提出了解决少数民族大学生就业的几点意见和建议。

The university student employment is vital to people's livelihood, to solve their employment problems, related to the vital interests of students, related to the harmonious development of the society, also related to national unity and stability in the Xinjiang region, need the joint efforts of the government, enterprises, universities, students and society. Starting from several aspects according to the problems of Xinjiang minority college students in employment, put forward a few opinions and suggestions of national college students employment.
