摘要
随着高校外教引进数量增多,外教管理问题凸显。文章从外教聘任、职前培训、教学管理和教辅生活四个方面概况内容、发现问题、分析原因、探寻对策,认为高校应该将科学管理和人文关怀相结合,同时提高外教管理人员和外教跨文化交际能力,实现外教资源利用最大化,并使外教在华工作生活顺利舒心,从而达到双赢局面。
Management problems arise with more foreign teachers introduced to Chinese colleges. The article summarizes the content, finds the problems, analyses the causes and explores the countermeasures concerning foreign teachers' recruitment, training, teaching and living in China. It proposes that colleges should integrate scientific management with humanistic concern and improve the intercultural communication competence of both Chinese staff and foreign teachers. Thus they can maximize the utilization of foreign human resources and make foreign teachers' work and life in China smooth and comfortable as well, achieving a win-win situation.
