摘要
结合我国高等职业教育的特点,在分析高职学生可迁移技能定义的基础上,探讨高职院校人才培养问题,指出专业技能的培养仅是高职教育的一部分,高校应重视对学生可迁移技能的培养。
According to the characteristics of higher occupation education in our country, on the basis of the analysis of higher vocational students transferable skills definition, to discuss the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges, training of professional skill is only a part of higher education, colleges and universities should attach importance to students transferable skills training.
