本文主要是对高等院校的辅导员个体专业发展的路径进行探讨。首先本文先对高等院校辅导员的个体专业化的时代需求进行分析,随后分别从两个方面分析了当前高等院校辅导员个体专业化的问题以及其内部的原因。最后根据实际状况,对高等院校辅导员个体专业化的发展路径提出思考和建议,并且对于高校辅导员个体专业化发展的意义进行简要的总结思考。

This paper discussed path of counselor's individual professional development of the institutions of higher learning. The author analyzed the College Counselor's individual professional requirements of the times, then from the two aspects of the current college counselor individual professional problems and reasons of its internal. Finally, according to the actual situation, proposes some thoughts and suggestions on the development path of college counselor individual specialization, and summarizes briefly the thinking of college counselors individual professional development significance.
