Research on teacher training mechanism of the independent college

本文就独立学院专职教师培训中出现的各种问题从学院层面和教师层面进行理性分析,并提出相对的建议和措施,以期能提高独立学院的教育教学质量,促使其长远发展。

In this paper, a rational analysis from the school level and teacher level is independent of various problems the college full-time teacher training, and puts forward some suggestions and measures, in order to improve the quality of education and teaching in independent college, to promote its long-term development.
