对大学生心理健康课程科学化发展的探析

大学生心理健康教育是素质教育的重要组成部分。本文主要阐述开设大学生心理健康教育课程的必要性,对全国部分高校的心理健康课程开设情况做了调查,并进行整理分析,结合多年实际教学体会、以及学生真实需求,探索大学生心理健康课程生动、灵活、多样的教学模式,以达到心理健康课程更为科学有效的发展。

The psychological health education of college students is an important part of quality education. This paper mainly expounds the necessity of setting up the curriculum of college mental health education, psychological health course on the part of colleges and universities offering to do a survey, and analyze, combined with the practical teaching experience, and the students' real needs, to explore the mental health course in college, flexible and diverse teaching methods, to achieve more mental health course scientific and effective development.
