摘要
由于观念和体制上的原因,目前高校语言实验室管理队伍的现状不容乐观,在人员结构、稳定性、待遇等方面都有待改善。而管理人员的综合素质和能力直接影响到实验室的工作成效。因此,高校必须高度重视管理人员的地位,通过有效的激励措施加强语言实验室队伍的建设。
The concept and system of the present situation of language laboratory, university management team is not optimistic, in the aspects of personnel structure, stability, treatment should be improved. And the comprehensive quality and ability of management directly affects the performance of the laboratory. Therefore, we must attach great importance to management of the status of university, strengthen the construction of language laboratory team through the effective incentive measures.
