中职会计专业毕业生需求调查分析及会计教学改革建议

Analysis of accounting major graduates' demand survey and accounting teaching reform suggestions

作者所在课题组通过对中职学校会计专业毕业生就业质量及企业对会计人才需求状况调查发现,企业对中职会计专业毕业生提供的工作岗位主要是出纳、收银(收费)员、初级会计人员,用人单位除了对毕业生在专业知识和技能有要求外,也指出他们当前在吃苦耐劳、合作沟通、主观能动性、抗压能力等方面还有欠缺。本文在统计分析大量调查数据和调查结果的基础上,从改进会计课程设置,转变教育理念等方面提出建议。

The author's team had made an investigation which was based on the accounting major of vocational school graduates' quality and enterprises' demand for accounting talents. It was from the study of these that so much was showed; enterprises will provide jobs as tellers, cashiers, or junior accountants. It also requires both professional knowledge and skills. Furthermore, these enterprises pointed out that graduates were lacking in hardworking, communication, coordination and also anti-pressure. On the bases of a great amount of test data and statistic analyses, this paper offers several suggestions: improving accounting specialty from its course design, Clarifying education orientation.
