导师和学院在研究生思想政治教育工作中的协同机制研究

针对目前研究生思想政治教育中存在的导师、学院"两张皮"现象,本论文试图构建学院和导师在研究生思想政治工作中的协同机制,从机构设置相互兼顾、辅导员队伍相互交融、丰富工作沟通平台、改进考核评估制度四个方面的提出设想,以期整合学院和导师的力量做好研究生思想政治教育工作。

Aimed at the present situation of graduate students ideological and political education teacher, college 'two skin' phenomenon, this paper attempts to build colleges and mentor graduate students ideological and political work in the collaborative mechanism, from institutional Settings to two or morethings, headteachers blend, rich communication platform, improvement is presented to evaluate system four aspects, in order to integrate the power of college and tutor to do a good job of graduate student ideological and political education.
