在人类社会整体步入信息时代的背景下,运用网络平台主动创新法学实践教学方式适应时代的要求。为使法学实践教学更具有实效性,本文在分析法学实践教学内涵及意义的基础上,提出了以管理员、指导教师、学生、教学督导与其他主体等五类主体为对象进行权限授予,构建包含案例库、研讨、电子模拟及法律咨询等四大模块的法学实践教学网络平台的设想。
