摘要
在人类社会整体步入信息时代的背景下,运用网络平台主动创新法学实践教学方式适应时代的要求。为使法学实践教学更具有实效性,本文在分析法学实践教学内涵及意义的基础上,提出了以管理员、指导教师、学生、教学督导与其他主体等五类主体为对象进行权限授予,构建包含案例库、研讨、电子模拟及法律咨询等四大模块的法学实践教学网络平台的设想。
Under the background of the whole human society into the information age, the use of network platform for active innovation law practice teaching method adapt to the requirements of The Times. In order to make the practice teaching of law has more effectiveness, based on the analysis of the practice teaching of law on the basis of the connotation and significance, proposed by administrators, teachers, students, teaching supervision and other five categories such as subject for object permissions granted, build contains putted forward, seminars, electronic simulation and legal consultation and so on four big modules of legal practice teaching platform.
