公共管理价值取向初探

Public management value orientation

公共管理包含传统公共管理(公共行政)和现代公共管理两个不同范式。其中,传统公共管理(公共行政)以效率原则为核心价值取向,而现代公共管理也就是我们所说的新公共管理在追求效率的基础上更注重公平正义等民主价值观。针对公共管理价值取向出现的不同观点,谈谈我对公共管理价值取向的认识。

Traditional public administration contains public management, public administration and the two different modern public management paradigm.
