摘要
本文借鉴企业全面质量管理的模式,强调"顾客导向、领导作用、全员参与、过程控制、持续改进、决策方法"等质量管理原则的运用,采取分析、研究、总结、实施、改进的方法,对高职院校公共选修课教学质量管理问题及对策进行研究探索。
This article draws on total quality management model, emphasis on "customer orientation, leadership, full participation, process control, continuous improvement and decision-making method", such as the use of quality management principles, take the analysis, research, summarizes the methods, implementation and improvement, to public elective courses in higher vocational colleges teaching quality management problems and countermeasures were studied to explore.
