高职院校的师德建设是一个长期的可持续发展的过程,从传统文化角度看高职院校教师师德素养方面确实存在一些问题,敬业意识和奉献精神有所欠缺。中国传统文化中有很多有价值的道德观念可以给当前的建设提供借鉴,通过教师自身的自我修养、严谨治学、内外结合可以推动师德的进一步发展。
