随着英语在全球的普及,我国的英语专业得到迅速发展,英语专业人才的就业问题越来越受到社会的强烈关注。本文首先分析了师范院校中英语专业人才培养中面临的挑战与存在的弊端,紧接着讨论了新形势下英语专业人才在就业方面遇到的问题以及解决对策。文章建议人才培养方案的设计和修改时要重视与当今就业问题的结合,使其能够更好地增强英语专业人才的就业优势。

With the popularity of English, the English majors of China is rapidly developing, English professional talent employment problem more and more intense attention by society. This paper first analyzes the English majors in normal universities challenges confronting the talent training and existing disadvantages, followed by the discussion of English professional talents under the new situation in employment problems and countermeasures. The article suggested that the talent training scheme to design and modify the value with the combination of the current employment problem, to make it better able to enhance English professional talent advantage of employment.
